CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER AND RECEIVE A REFUND?
If your order has already been dispatched, or if its status is confirmed, it is not possible to cancel it and all items contained within the order will be dispatched.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
All users, whether registered or not, can submit a return request, specifying the reason for the return, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. You will need to fill in the
return form inside the parcel or download it from the website.

The right of return does not apply to orders relating to customised products.
CAN I RETURN A CUSTOMISED PRODUCT?
For customised products, such as products on which the customer’s initials are engraved and products made on the basis of specific indications provided by the customer on the site, it will not be possible to cancel or modify the order once it has been placed. Therefore, the sale is considered final and there is no possibility of return.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Upon arrival of the goods at our warehouse, the items will undergo a quality check to verify that the return is in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions (10.3,10.4,10.5). If the return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be made with the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction.
I HAVE RECEIVED AN ITEM OTHER THAN THE ONE ORDERED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In the event that the product received does not correspond to the one ordered, or has some defects, Pellicceria Romanelli will take responsibility for the return.

You will be sent a new reading, which you will need to print out and attach to the parcel.
CAN I REPLACE AN ITEM?
It is not possible to replace an item. You will need to return the item and proceed with any other purchase.
